PRIMARY PURPOSE Provide quality customer service withi the Produce Departmet. Resposible for maitaiig stadards i accordace with the stadard practice maual, maximizig sales through excellet customer service ad miimizig shrik through proper utilizatio of stadard practice.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Maitai a atmosphere of ethusiastic customer awareess with primary emphasis o fast, friedly, ad accurate customer service to create a positive shoppig experiece
• Courteous ad helpful to other associates
• Esure that orderig, receivig, preparatio, coditioig ad displayig of merchadise is doe i accordace with policies ad guidelies
• Uload trucks for the Produce Departmet
• Uderstad ad use compay tools such as; average cost ivetory system (ACIS) ad orderig (CAO)
• Maitai a complete uderstadig of ad adherece to compay guidelies, policies ad stadard practice
• Uderstad ad follow Food Safety ad Workplace Safety guidelies ad procedures
• Observe ad correct all usafe coditios that could cause associate or customer accidets
• Report all associate ad customer accidets i accordace with established Food Lio procedures to the Maager o Duty
• Esure compliace with local, state ad federal regulatios
• Wear the Food Lio uiform with apro, complete with ame badge, whe o duty, has a eat ad clea appearace while adherig to the Food Lio dress code
• Successfully complete Computer Based Traiig (CBT), Traiig Packet ad Traiig Aid courses
• Perform all other duties as assiged
QUALIFICATIONS • High school graduate or equivalet preferred
• Excellet iterpersoal, orgaizatioal, commuicatio ad customer service skills
• Ability ad willigess to lear multiple tasks ad techical requiremets of the job
• Ability to use techical iformatio to solve problems
• Must meet miimum age requiremets to perform specific job fuctios
• Must be able to meet the physical requiremets of the positio, with or without reasoable accommodatios
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Ability to use computers ad other commuicatio systems required to perform job fuctios
• Perform repetitive had ad arm motios
• Bed ad lift products weighig up to 15 lbs. cotiuously, 25 lbs. frequetly, ad 50 lbs. o occasio
• Pull or push up to 75 lbs. o occasio

• Be able to hadle a variety of substaces associated with cleaig ad packagig materials, fresh fruits, vegetables, house plats/flowers ad household cleaers
• Frequet reachig ad graspig at waist level: occasioally above shoulder or below waist level
• Meet established volume activity stadards for the positio
• Tolerate workig i extreme hot/cold temperatures for up to 20 miutes at a time
